6 emergency kits for North Mali

Tulipe is dispatching a donation of six emergency kits to North Mali, where the healthcare system has been severely disrupted by conflict. As NGOs are not able to intervene in northern Mali, Tulipe is working via the GIACM (Combined Civil-Military Cooperation Organisation), the only body authorised to operate in the region and beyond.
